Due to the naturalness of our products and the fact that most of them are decorative or collectible items, you should treat them with all the respect that a work of art deserves, taking care of them from the sun, water, dust and rough handling.
We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 6 days of your purchase. If 6 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.
Eligibility for refunds and exchanges
Your item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received.
The item must be in the original packaging (Sealed).
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Only regular priced items can be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (If applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us.
Failures attributable to physical damage or attributable to the action or misuse of the customer will never be covered.
Exempt Goods
The following goods are exempt from reimbursement:
Gift cards (gift cards).
No reimbursement will be made:
Any item that is not in its original condition, is not sealed, is damaged, or is missing a part for reasons that were not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 6 days after delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you have done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Please note that we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Collect-only shipments are only made to a nearby branch.
Free delivery, only in Einstein subway Chile, with schedule to be agreed.
